Validating and caring
Kerri is the first medical professional I’ve encountered possibly ever that completely validates her patient’s concerns. Not only did she go out of her way to get me an urgent procedure, she actively listened, asked probing questions, empathized with me and seemed to truly care. I was so relieved to meet someone who actually cared that her lovely bedside manner made me cry. I’ve never met a better medical professional than her.
