This woman is a disaster! She barely brushed the stethoscope across my blouse. When I asked about my heart murmer, she said it must be very slight because she didn't hear it. Naturally, I though it had not become any worse. A couple of months later, I was told by a different practitioner that it was so bad that I needed open-heart surgery to replace the aortic valve!

Set an appointment, let them know info had changed including address and phone since last visit. Showed up for appointment and they said it had been cancelled through text with a former number. This all should have been updated. There are already depression issues and something physical could be causing it. Totally rediculous!
