Ken is the best! I saw Ken for bursitis in my hip. He analyzed my problem and explained what was wrong and how we could improve my situation. He started my program out with easy stretches and exercises, and we increased the level of difficulty as I progressed. I especially like that Ken sends you home with a program and gives you time to work on it before scheduling another session. I’m fact, when I felt quite good, I was the one who decided I could continue the exercises at home without his guidance. He is super helpful and interested in what you say.

He is amazing! I kid you not when I say I came in being carried the first time. Desperate for help after seeing a chiropractor and ending up worse, I went to Ken. I walked out almost upright. Be faithful to your stretching and visits and it's life changing.

I spent 30 years saying “I can’t” because of damage in my neck from a car wreck. Now I can say “what’s next” because of the blessing of Ken Keach & his incredible staff! Anyone who has received his care & instruction uses the same word “AMAZING” . I am so grateful!

Yes, would definitely recommend Ken to family and friends. He explained what he felt were my issues after reviewing my x-rays, worked with me to get the best exercises to improve my range of motion and gave me clear instructions on what to do at home. It worked. Also, everyone in the office was helpful and nice to deal with.

I've gone to Ken several times over the years to help with lower back and tight hamstring issues. He's a great listener and designs a therapy regime that really works (so long as you do it). Applying the therapy he recommended helped to resolve the issues I was having!

Ken really listens and figures out what therapy is best for you. Surgery and months of PT at chain companies did not improve my shoulder. I went to Ken when my ortho wanted to perform invasive procedures to determine why surgery did not fix the problem. It took several months, but his approach worked and I'm paddling 20 miles a week now.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my hip by an orthopedic medical group in Chattanooga. They recommended an expensive ultra sound guided injection in my joint. Instead I went to see Dr. Keach and have had amazing results in one week. I found out that the pain in my hip was from my back. Through stretching exercises at least 90+% of my pain was gone in one week. I highly recommend Dr Keach and his staff before wasting time and money elsewhere.

Ken did an excellent job of helping me through lower back pain that limited my physical activities. He gave me stretches to do at home and made sure that I understood how to do them correctly. His analysis of my condition was right on track and he was realistic about the level of improvement I could expect. I highly recommend Ken Keach for issues with back pain.

Dr Ken and Ashley work well as a team to promote healing with minimal visits. They teach you what you need to do and give you a printout of the exercises to do at home. They are very conscious of your time and money and try not to waste either of them with unnecessary appts. I went to them with both upper and lower back pain. They treated one area and then moved onto the other area but often checked to make sure the first area was still doing well. I had personalized treatment each time.

Ken worked with me and got me right. My back hasn’t felt this good since I was 19. And he didn’t have me in 3 times a week like other therapists or chiropractors. Very glad I went to see him. Now I have the exercises to do I I feel pain coming back.

I'm now 10 weeks post surgery to repair a bad tear to my right rotator cuff. Im already almost back to full range. So happy with my results. Ken Keach and Ashley Moates are excellent and took good care of me! I heard horror stories of PT being so painful after shoulder surgery but they never hurt me. Highly recommend this facility!

I have been very pleased with everyone in Dr Keach's office. I had great improvement from the very beginning of treatment. My treatment was explained very clearly. The staff made sure I understood how to do the exercises before sending me home. I highly recommend Specialized Physical Therapy. They are very considerate of your time and keep timely appointments. They did me a world of good and thankfully I am so much better. Sharon Patten

I went to Ken after a couple years of chronic lower back pain. I wasn't sure what to expect but was very happy with Ken's patient-oriented approach to PT. Ken and Ashley educated me about why my back was hurting and gave me exercises to do at home between visits. I appreciated that my visits were only once every week or every other week. I feel confident that I will be able to maintain the health of my back with the strengthening exercises I learned. So so pleased with my experience at SPT!

Ken and his staff were extremely helpful to me after my rotator-cuff surgery. He gave me exercises I could do at home and didn't require me to come in unnecessarily. He is an excellent value in healthcare.
