I was disappointed when my son's pediatrician told me to go to the walk in clinic because they didn't have any appts available. My son (5) did need to be seen though so I headed to OMC Walk In clinic and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and caring. Front desk made sure my son had a coloring book to wait. The MA was quick and professional getting vitals and history. Kenneth Huang, ARNP knew right away what was going on with my son. He even took the time to show me up his nose with the light
