Kendyl Cooper, PA-C

I love everyone at the OBGYN Clinic, from the front desk staff to the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors. Everyone has always been kind, patient, and competent. I have been a patient since 2017 when I transferred from another clinic while pregnant because I felt like just a number, an inconvenient number. This was my second time seeing Kendyl Cooper for my yearly visits. Last year we found a lump in one of my breasts and she calmly and patiently explained the next steps to getting it checked out. I knew what to expect because Kendyl was very clear on what would happen. I’m incredibly lucky that I have a benign tumor and this year Kendyl took more time to explain what the protocols are for monitoring it and what to do if it becomes a problem. She also took the time to talk to me about other issues I have and was quick and gentle with my physical exam. I’m happy with my health being in Kendyl’s hands and truly appreciate kindness and efficiency of the whole office.

My experience with Kendyl has always been pleasant. She is very personable and knowledgeable, with good bed side manners.

Personable, gentle, efficient. I appreciate she asked about exercise and overall health in addition to gynecologic health. The office runs on time and has easy self check in.

Rude, not patient friendly. No to little regard for patient comfort. Rough with patient. Refused to summon appropriate specialist. I basically told her to leave and get me a doctor.

Her bedside manner is downright rude. Her expertise is highly doubtful. Was seen twice in ER by her for nausea/vomiting. She discharged me twice with an attitude of i had nothing wrong with me...perhaps just a drug seeker??? Turns out I needed emergency gall bladder surgery!!! Bad attitude is one thing. But a misdiagnosis that risked my life is another. Not acceptable!!! ** I have since heard 2 similar stories about Kendyl. All 3 were gall bladder issues.*** BAD, RUDE AND WORST: INCOMPETENT!!
