I recently had physical therapy through her. She not only was preoccupied with what else was going on around her during the therapy. But she also dismissed the severity of my severe, irreversible diagnosed condition. When I told her I had imaging and a team of MD’s to support my condition and symptoms, she inexcusably said it was more likely due to lack of conditioning and “sitting around all day”. My condition affects my mobility-plus she isn’t even an MD. Lastly, she misrepresented and downplayed my evaluation results in her status reports provided to my doctors. Thankfully, my doctors, due to their evaluations and others, rejected her findings and opinion and sent me to a more capable physical therapist.
