I had many questions for a possible upcoming rotator cuff surgery. Kelsi was awesome. She was patient, explained the damage in my shoulder, explained the procedure I would be undergoing, and addressed all my concerns with post surgical issues and physical therapy!! She probably spent an hour with me! She truly is an indispensable asset in the Ellis and Badenhausen group!!

Takes the time
Having a lot of difficulty with post op pain. Ms. Kelsi took the time to work out a schedule for me to try to get ahead of my pain. Finally had a good nights sleep last night. She is wonderful!!

She was very attentive and listened. Ask questions and answered concerns also suggested options on other problems. Mention trouble with opposite shoulder and she addressed it and addressed it and treated at the same visit. Great PA
