Kelsey Conklin, RN

Kelsey always took the time to connect with me on a human level. She was my primary care physician here in Redmond before she left the area. She is missed.

Every time I have been in, Kelsey takes time to really understand what is going on. She obviously cares about her patients.

I went in for my 11:40 appointment. I checked in downstairs at 11:13 and went upstairs. There was a sign that said please be seated. So I took a seat. An hour later I went up to see how much longer for my appointment. She told me my appointment was cancelled because I was an hour late. I was the only one in the office how did she not see me? She told me I was not sitting there that I had just gotten there and informed me I would be charged for my appointment and I would not be seen. I explained to her it even says on my phone I checked in at 11:13. Melissa continued to be rude and unhelpful. I have been warned about going to her or Malian Moran but I was desperate and needed some medication for an infection. I had to go all weekend with this .i don’t understand how they can treat patients like that. I am very dissatisfied. I never got a call from Dr Conklin apologizing for what Melissa did. Melissa looked at me multiple times during that hour never asked once what was going on.
