On one appointment before March, she did not have record of the appointment but we had been given an appointment slip. Another appointment time, Kelly Samson was not there and no one had called us to let us know the appointment was cancelled. Since March, she has not made one call to see how her patient is doing. Unprofessional and disrespectful of patient's time.
