Poor communication. Life-threatening circumstances don’t matter to Kelly, her own unprofessionalism will ultimately shine. An absolute joke of a provider.

Find care elsewhere. When I had covid, I called in to see if she could call in something for my cough. Her unit clerk said no, she said you'll just have to ride it out, but make sure you're negative before coming back. The same week my mother died with covid. Thanks for your help.

Terrible!!!!! First, I have a history of heart and ear problems. She didn’t look at either during my visit. She didn’t introduce herself when she walked in or perform any sort of exam. She ordered bloodwork. My results came back abnormal (something I thought I might have to goto the hospital for) she would not review my results till after her weekend. Mind you I got my results and called Friday morning. I could’ve been in danger and there was an absolute lack of concern.

Sorry to say I feel she is overwhelmed or her office staff just does not follow thru. I saw her the entire year of 2019 and I gotta to say I only saw her twice. She gave me referrals but no flu shot. My Blood test came back with 10 highs or lows and she did not even call me to follow up. I going to someone else in 2020. Sorry Kelly
