Very professional and knowledgeable- in examining my eyes. Just ashamed that for some unknown reason she left the practed and can not be found were she might be practicing again. Really would like to know. She was with Davis EyeCare Service.at Vision Works but no one has a clue as to her whereabouts.

It's shameful when a Provider's reputation suffers as a result of negligent Front Office Management and its misinformation. I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly Reid for many years. Under her care I've experienced nothing short of extreme knowledge, integrity, and insight with tireless patience, kindness, and dedication. Dr. Reid is the standard of Doctors of Optometric Medicine.

When I telephoned to make my appointment they asked what my insurance was and I told them Aetna Medicare and she said they took this type of insurance. At the checkout I was informed I owed money and I told the young lady this examine was covered 100% by my insurance. She said it was not and the Office Mgr appeared and informed me, although I was told by their employee they excepted the insurance, they did not. BEWARE OF MISINFORMATION as it can be a big surprise at the end of your visit.
