Dr Kelly review: In the past Dr. Kelly has provided beneficial treatment, & in paying out of pocket I valued her guidance. Unfortunately I believe that she has become comfortable in a niche approach, and one size does NOT fit all when it comes to wellness. There was once a mistake on a very expensive test,& I got the results of the wrong patient-and when I inquired about reimbursement I was told no. Recently a dear family member of mine under her care ended up in the hospital with acute kidney failure due to her negligence in foreseeing what her treatment could cause. This was terrifying & if not for going to the ER I could’ve lost her. Upon Dr. K hearing the news we were kind of shocked at her follow up both in timing & in authenticity. If felt like her call was a malpractice damage control formality. So perhaps as a patient you can benefit from her guidance, but I believe that her bedside manner could use some fine tuning & cont Ed is needed as well. Signed, 20k poorer
