I just had my first visit with Kelly Nelson today after years of seeing another endocrinologist. To put it simply, she and her assistant, Jennifer, are simply amazing! They were prompt, attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, informative, caring, and very personable! I felt very comfortable and am confident I have a great endocrinologist. If you are looking for someone to help you with your current and future endocrine issues, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone involved in health care should take cues from Kelly Nelson. She is a professional in every sense of the word! She shows empathy, concern and understanding along with doing what it takes to solve the issue and make things better! Several health issues I had are much improved since seeing Kelly Nelson. So far as communication, she is second to none. I don't know how to make it clearer; she is the best! I noticed another review on here where someone gave her "1" ratings. That absolutely had to be an error whereby the person leaving the review thought 1 was a favorable rating.

Do NOT book with her if you're diabetic, she thinks your disease is a game for her to toy with. She wouldn't give refills eventhough I've RAN OUT and asked THREE TIMES. She only cares about the money she's getting with your scheduling of an appointment which is MONTHS by the way. She'd rather wait MONTHS and hold your disease hostage just to make a few bucks. I implore you to book with someone else, she is incompetent, ill-hearted and spiteful that only cares about herself. If i could put ZERO stars i would
