Pediatric follow up appointment for broken wrist
Kelly walked in never introduced herself and demonstrated no professionalism . Kelly had zero bedside manner dealing with my 5 year old. She has no business working with pediatrics. It would have been nice if she would have explained the process we will be experiencing the next few weeks to months with this injury. She did not address any concerns I possibly had or nor did she ask or seem to care. She spoke 2 sentences and exited the room. I am not in the medical field so it would have nice to know what will taking place the next few months with my child. DO NOT USE HER!
