I had the pleasure of having Kelly FNP to treat me at Longview Regional Hospital ER. Her bed side manner was wonderful, she shows compassion along with respect and dignity to her patience. She listens and is encouraging to her patient as well. She is very kind and knowledgeable, it is demonstrated in her actions, teaching, and overall performance.
