Kelly is one of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. She is compassionate, reasonable, straightforward, and competent - not to mention her delightful personality and sense of humor. Would highly recommend to anyone, even my own family!!!

I got back to back calls from her until I finally answered the phone and she accused me of not being present for a video appointment. Her tone right off the bat was snarky when she asked me where I was. I tried to explain that I got redirected to a different doctor when I spoke with the front desk due to technical difficulties and still she accused me that it was my fault for not cancelling the appointment and continued to talk over me an hung up. This was my firs time ever speaking to her. I get it, doctors are busy during COVID. But for future reference, you should learn how to be a little more understanding of a potential patients situation before you decide to get pissy and hang up mid conversation.
