Been seeing Kelley for years now as well as my daughters . She is always pleasant , knowledgeable and takes her time with her pts . I’ve never felt rushed or like my concerns were invalid with her. She really is a wonderful NP

Friendly, efficient, and fast service (so have your questions ready BEFORE you get there. Only downside, The Healow system may not get the messages to them, and her assistant doesn't always call you back.

I have been a satisfied patient of Skyline Medical for many years. Recently, I needed to transfer to another doctor due to my prior doctor relocating out of state to be near his family. I chose APRN Kelly Dayton with Skyline Primary. From the first phone call to accept me as a new patient, I felt complete confidence. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was welcomed and warmly received by the front desk. Right away, Nurse Nancy took me in for my preliminary check in. She was very helpful and gracious and made me feel, immediately, at ease. Then, APRN Kelly Dayton, came in. From the first moment, her personality won me over. She had, thoroughly, reviewed my transfer chart and discussed my medical needs and concerns in such a way, that I felt total confidence and that I had found my "forever doctor." I am so fortunate and grateful to have found APRN Kelly Dayton.

This place is ridiculous! If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I have been a patient for Kelly for a few years, and after my "visit" in her establishment today, I will be transferring my medical records and going elsewhere to receive care. I was running a few minutes late to my appointment, and called the office to let them know. They proceeded to tell me over the phone that as long as I was there within the 15 minute grace period, I was good to go. I drove an hour from my house to be seen today. They proceeded to take my copay, have me sign paperwork, have me sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes before telling me that I need to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I explained to them that I called and let them know I was running a few minutes behind, but I was only met with attitude, dismissiveness, and eye rolling by the front desk. I am a nurse with HCA myself and I have never been treated with such hatefulness and disrespectfulness. DONT COME HERE.

There’s no long waiting with the best treatment plan. I couldn’t ask for a better provider.
