I was in for a Motorcycle accident. Kellie was great at explaining my injuries. Has Great bedside manor. I heard her dealing with other patience and was amazed at how she handled dealing with a very difficult un co-operative patient.

ok. I had to take the time to cool off before I wrote something unprofessional. I'm not going to go into details but if she reads this I hope it causes her to remember why she became a nurse I alter her attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but she "cared" for my wife and scolded her for a certain reason. My wife hates going to the hospital for anything relatively minor and already felt bad for inconveniencing the staff. This scolding caused her to feel even more stupid and will now wait even longer to go if she is sick. NP Kellie has no right to treat any patient with disrespect. It is disgraceful to hear that she did this as a nurse. Nurses are taught all through school about compassion and therapeutic communication. A nurse's interaction with the patient can make or break a person's experience. Ms. Kellie, Improve the way you communicate with your patients; they are human.

Kellie is very thorough in examining me. She is knowledgeable, approachable and down to earth. She makes me feel comfortable and she really cares about my total wellness. Not only is she an excellent NP, she is also gorgeous! ??
