Terrible. Telling me I was supposed to be taking a medication and it wasn’t on my list of medicine. Doesn’t read medical records prior to appointment

She is HORRID. I was assigned to see her last year and absolutely brushed off, degraded and lied to by this provider. I have extreme ankle pain, and she dismissed it saying it's because I am overweight. I convinced her to order xrays prior to my apt, and she refused to look at then with me. Said I had zero issues, other than those caused by weight. No bone spurs. I said I had the xrays pulled up and wanted to show her the bone spurs. She refused flat out and asked if I wanted to talk to podiatry. YES! Saw podiatry yesterday and I hVe SIX bone spurs! A broken ankle that healed wrong and a joint that is trashed. Last year when I went in after a knee injury she told me I needed to loose weight. I said I was trying, with a 1200 cal a day diet. She said "you need to understand that people in the Holocaust were able to survive off 500 cal a day because all THEY were doing was laying around too." APPALLING! I've made a formal complaint against her. She should NOT be practicing medicine!!!

Terrible-I did a previous review where I stated how rude and disrespectful she was, her lack of communication skills and I question her medical knowledge. She was trying to tell me that diagnosis from real/regular MD’s was wrong, that she knew everything. She is going to hurt somebody someday. My first review was never published. I currently have a complaint against her with VA.

very snobby, she gives the VA medical department in Caldwell a bad reputation. i will never see her again. would like to see a different (PA)

Dismisses your concerns, and even worse the findings of actual other Dr's with specialized practices. She is either fresh out of school and doesn't know any better or she is just incompetent....or both. Regardless, she needs mentoring....a lot of it. Not just in broadening her medical / common sense knowledge , but also in her bedside manner. Her nurse also smells like an ash tray...i.e. He is a chain smoker and his cloths and breath wreaks of cigarettes. Not a comfort in a Dr office.

two visits so far and this is the worst medical professional I have worked with in over 2 decades. Its sad and upsetting that veterans are relying on incompetent and junior medical people such as this. Ask for someone else if you are assigned to her.

Kelli did not allow me to talk about my concerns, she told me wrong information about my medical record, kept on interrupting me. When I ask her about current medical facts, she stated that she was not concerned about new reports of harmful practices, medications or radiation that caused cancer. That she will wait for 5 years to see the results. No concerns of my personal needs.
