This is my own personal experience with Kelley Slate as my mom’s PCP. She totally ignored our concerns, never addressed any of the problems we informed her our mother was having. We had a healthcare nurse reach out to Kelly Slate with the concerns and she ignored those as well. She said she would send a referral to a pulmonologist in Tyler but after we called several times to see if the Doctor had received the referral, they told us that we could go ahead and make the appointment ourselves without the referral. We took her to another doctor in Dallas and had multiple test performed just based on our concerns. The results indicated that my mom had multiple strokes that were not identified, she was unable to perform a walk test without her oxygen dropping down well below 80.
