Went in for heel infection on my wife's heel and all that was done is she popped one and said she hoped she had enough for a culture. If she would have popped more she most certainly had enough.she did nothing with the remaing pockets. And didn't even change her prescription to something stronger .she didn't even put a bandage over it just left it open.

Was so disappointed. I went in for full body scan for any suspicious moles (skin cancer runs in my family) . The assistant who met with me first asked a lot of questions ...some I was unsure how to answer. She had some kind of meltdown and slammed her pencil down. Not sure if she was angry with me or Ms Hall. A full body check was not done. The whole experience was awful. If it was something I did, I am unsure what. Overall just horrible !
