I was struggling to lose weight on my on for a year. After seeing the commercial on TV about Dr Guthrie ‘s weight loss plan success. I decided to give it a try. I started at 217 pounds and now I am at 185. I feel so much better. I would recommend anyone needing help to give Dr Guthrie’s plan a try. It’s easy to follow and you feel great during the process.
