Telehealth
I met with Keena for my intake appt and we agreed to meet weekly via Zoom. Keena never joined the call on the date of our second appt; I emailed her and received a response at the end of our appt time. Her response was a request to reschedule for two days later, to which I agreed. The same thing happened on the day of the rescheduled appt, except this time, I have yet to receive an email back. I completely wasted my time telling my story, and now I get to do it again with someone new.
