Dr. Allen has completely changed my relationship with my anxiety disorder. I now approach my anxiety and panic with curiosity and empathy instead of fear. She is a great listener and makes me feel at ease. Her excitement about her work is evident.

I met with Dr. Allen for a telehealth therapy appointment in regards to gender identity, and she was incredibly supportive, affirming, and kind. She will also write letters to support your medical transition either during the appointment or afterwards, on her own time, if talking takes the duration of the appointment. My 40 minute appointment with her made my entire day.
