Kayla is very rigid, judgmental and lacks empathy, which feels horrible when you need someone to listen, help and be your advocate. She gives the impression that she's very busy and could careless if you are her patient. Kayla seems mostly focused on the financial aspect of your visit than actually helping you. If you need a kick in the rear, Kayla is for you; however, if you're already hard on yourself she will make you feel worse.
