Kayla is the best I've had ever. She listens very well and doesn't push her thoughts on you or judge you. Going to miss her.

Kayla is very through with my health review. She is on top of all of the things going on with my health care. I trust Kayla Price, as my go to healthcare provider. She listens, asks me questions to get a clear picture of what is happening in my healthcare. She communicates well with all the other provider specialist that I also see. I would recommend Kayla very highly. She is caring, professional and very knowledgeable .

Kayla Price is personable, knowledgeable, and offers a caring approach to all my health needs. After carefully listening to my health updates, she takes appropriate actions, sometimes requiring extra testing, to get to the bottom of my health issues. I feel like I can ALWAYS talk candidly with Kayla and I don’t hold anything back! I also take advantage of the My Chart iPhone app—often uploading pictures of wounds etc. that I have concerns about. I quickly get feedback from either Kayla or someone on staff on how to proceed. I am never left clueless. I feel like patients criticize their healthcare providers for things they, themselves, fall short on—like communicating symptoms, times of symptoms, how did the symptoms make you feel. Basically, you, the patient, must take responsibility for forensically looking at your overall health and report anomalies. The nurse practitioners and doctors are not mind readers.

Kayla was nice during the visit. The issue with her is communication and listening. I had a terrible experience and she did not communicate updates to my health status at all. She had her nurses call and try to smooth things over after I messaged I was displeased with how I was handled, but still refused to call me herself and tell me what was wrong with me and my available treatment options. I had questions of if other health issues could cause my condition and she once again had her nurse call me to say no she doesn’t think so. I know they are busy but this was a scary time and she never once contacted/called me to update on my next steps and what was going on with my health. I was very upset and displeased with my care and I will not be going back. Considering my experience, I wouldn’t send any of my loved ones to her either.
