Receiving test results has been extremely SLOW, frustrating, and disappointing. After four days I called, they said they would mark my request Urgent, and I still did not hear back. This was for my echocardiogram.

It was my very first visit with Kayla but she brought a student in to do it while she was in there. I agreed to it but was not happy. Kayla seemed not interested me and I felt judged.

Got blood work and never heard back from it, wasn't given paperwork when asked about a referral, when complaining about injury provider didn't even look at the area or ask questions about it.
