I had surgery early January and developed an unexpected infection in early February. My surgeon's office was closed due to the holiday. I made a telehealth appointment with urgent care and she was who I was assigned. Right away she listened to me and used my camera to evaluate my incision. She determined we could treat it, she prescribed antibiotics and made sure she gave me enough to get me through until I saw my surgeon 10 days later. That was at 6pm and I picked up my antibiotics at 8pm. She apologized for the wait time which was only like 15 minutes. She was so empathetic, she instructed me to definitely follow up with my surgeon, told me when or if I would need to go to the ER and eased my mind. If I didn't get those antibiotics that fast I would've ended up in the ER. I am so grateful that she helped me. Every time I looked at my antibiotics and saw her name on the RX I had a feeling of relief that she took the time to talk to me and evaluate my individual needs. I'm so grateful.

Went in referred by patients first for ultrasound for abdominal pain. When I asked questions she was argumentative, called me sweetie and even though I was super patient after being in the er she was acting like I rushed her. Terrible bedside manners. And I respect the profession.
