This NP saw my elderly mother on a Sunday at CRMC's urgent care. My mother went because of a sore, red streaked throat that was causing her pain and difficulty in eating. This provider told her there wasn't anything wrong with her and then wrote up the medical records to the effect that my mother was just there for a routine visit and there wasn't any problem. The way the insurance clerk had to code due to this, caused Medicare and AARP to not pay for the visit. My mother was charged the 105.00.
