No Customer Service
When you call your doctors office and no one responds to you its not a good thing. You can never speak to a person, there is no transparency about what is going on when they don't respond, also they have quit taking insurance, and when you ask for a receipt so you can file it to be reimbursed by your insurance, they give you and correct type of insurance statement to file it.

Extreamly disappointed. Kay cancelled our first appointment and asked to rescheduled for Sunday at 2pm. I agreed to the appoint because my daughter desperately needs it. Kay never showed up for the appointment. Today is Mother's Day and my entire family arranged our plans for the day around this appointment.
