Felt dismissed
I suddenly started having vertigo, after weeks of headaches (which i often have,so that wasn't the main concern at the time.) Given my dr could not see me for a week or so, i made an 'emergency' visit to see the first person available, which was PA Huff. I felt extremely dismissed in my appointment and left being prescribed a headache med & a vertigo med, but no explanation on effectiveness or side effects. I happened to see family the next day and my sister physical therapist did a way better job of helping me(asking questions, listening, doing some head maneuvers, explaining the medications i was given), in just a little more time than i had spent seeing the nurse and PA Huff. Maybe PA huff had a bad day, we all do. So i do hope others have better things to say, and maybe that will negate one bad experience.
