Very argumentative, unprofessional, uninformed (read up on pts first), and yes, judgmental, lacks qualities expected of a HCP.

She gave wrong information, I had to go for a second opinion. Very judgmental, critical instead of providing guidance. Lacking in empathy, just not a good medical provider.
