Katrina is very transparent and explains things thoroughly to ensure you understand. I appreciate the time she takes to thoroughly review my labs, hear out my concerns and follows up.

Dr. Katrina is the best doctor I've ever had; in my 40 years of life. She cares, she listens to understand, and to help. I don't ever want to lose Dr. Katrina as my PC ever. She really saved my life. An her staff is amazing. My nurse is awesome. I love them all !!!

After being dismissed by a previous doctor for severe menstrual pain, I turned to Dr. Eleftheropoulos, and she immediately took my concerns seriously. She wasted no time in ordering blood work and referring me for scans and gynecological evaluation, ensuring that my issues were properly addressed.Beyond that, she has helped me manage vitamin deficiencies and always prioritizes the least invasive yet most effective treatments. I have also struggled with migraines for years, and she made sure I was heard, referring me to a neurologist to explore the best possible solutions.Dr. Eleftheropoulos genuinely cares about her patients, listens attentively, and goes above and beyond to provide the best care. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

She is friendly ,listens answered questions and explains things so you can understand if she doesn’t know the answer she finds someone who does she goes out of her way to help she seems to really care

I had to schedule a problem visit. Katrina went through each issue and created a solution. What most impressed me was the advice she gave on what I can do at home to relieve one of my issues. Very helpful.

Katrina is always patient and very thorough. Always, ready to listen and explain condition, meds, etc. Seems take the extra time to discuss my concerns.

I have seen Katrina for maybe 8ish years now and i followed her to her newer location. Since following her I came in because i had a reoccuring health issue and each time I had it I have gone to care spot due to lack of availability. Most recently I ended up in the ER and while in the ER I scheduled the next available appointment being 3 weeks out. Upon coming to the appointment I explained what was going on and she told me that she had no record of that. When offered to bring records from care spot she advised that they werent hers so she isnt sure what to do because her records dont reflect what Im saying. I felt belittled and asked at that point going forward what am I supposed to do and she advised to wait to see her. When I clarified that I booked an appointment three weeks out just to see her while I was contagious she asked me why I didnt call every day for cancelations. I can insure you I will not be back.

Katrina has always gone above and beyond to help me. She is caring and capable and I trust her. I even travel out of my way just to see her.

I just had a visit with her. She is rude, nasty and unprofessional. She doesn’t help with your health problems. Do not go to her

I NORMALLY DON'T LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I FEEL LIKE I CAN HELP SOME ONE OUT IF THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. IT IS VERY SAD THAT HEALTH CARE ISN'T THE SAME ANY MORE. I SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I FINALLY BUILD UP THE NERVE TO SEEK HELP AND SHE DID NOT HANDLE ME WITH CARE OR WITH COMPASSION. SHE CANCEL MY ALL MY APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT NOTICE. WHO DOES THAT ALL BECAUSE WE HAD A DISAGREEMENT ON FLMA. I WAS TOLD THAT SHE DOESN'T COMPLETE FORMS BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB. I ONLY REQUESTED FLMA FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND MY SHIFT AT WORK DOESN'T ALLOW THE FLEXIBILITY TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. SO I SPOKE WITH MY EMPLOYER AND THEY SAID I WASN'T GOING TO LOSE MY JOB. SO I TOLD MY HER THIS. SO SHE CANCELED MY APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE I WAS PUSHING FOR HELP FROM HER. IT GOT BACK TO ME SHE WAS TALKING BAD ABOUT ME. IT SAD SHE NEVER TOOK THE TIME OUT TO HELP ME AND HELP ME GET BACK ON TRACK MENTALLY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR THIS ONE IS NOTTTTTTT FOR YOU.

Katrina is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help answer my health questions and was friendly and personable.

Dr. Eleftheropoulos is absolutely amazing. Not only did she know about my rare condition, but she is always very caring, very thorough, and takes her time to make sure she isn't over-looking anything. She even goes beyond that to make sure you will be ok. I have a life-threatening invisible illness, so a lot of doctors don't take me seriously and are judgemental just because I look fine on "outward" appearance. Dr. Eleftheropolous can see past that and gives me the correct treatment I need. I feel very safe in her hands. She is the most caring doctor that I've ever had.

Very detailed and thourogh. Caught a condition I had for years when so many others brushed off my symptoms on my first visit! I’m so greatful.
