Absolutely the Worst NP ever.
Katrina Could care less about the patient. Gives misinformation. Only interested in getting the patient out as quickly as possible. Destroys all patient hope for challenging outcomes. Curt, abrupt, disinterested, rude. Unfortunate she works for Dr Cates, who is an excellent Doctor. Ask for another NP if you get Katrina. Fact check her, and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on anything she tells you. I quit seeing her and requested Only Dr Cates for everything.

Rushed appointments and spotty follow-through
This provider probably is knowledgeable, but she is far too busy to give patients the time and attention required for adequate care. Her attitude frequently feels like she is doing the patient a favor by seeing them.

Great care!
I experienced great care and treatment. She is very knowledgeable, and helpful in from pre-op through post-op care. Highly recommend.

Rushed thru appointment
I was rushed through my appointment without really getting to ask questions and bombarded with a lot of information I was unable to process. It was not a comforting appointment at all
