Not a helpful nutritionist. Billed my insurance over $350 to basically share a basic internet printout of what your plate should look like in terms of food groups - which we all already know. "Does not do meal planning" so no plan, no suggested meal combos, or new ideas on losing weight. No goals set, very generic - just not useful. Could get better information by just googling and reading good quality nutrition sites.
