Not good when you need them
What good is having Katie Bonar as a primary when she won’t see you when sick and need help? This happened to me today. Not a single person in the waiting room but even begging the receptionist to tell Katie Bonar that I have a bad ear infection, she refused saying it would be next week before she could see me.
