I really liked Dr. Samuels and felt she gave a great eye exam. She is very personal and friendly. However, there is no refund or return policy in place. I wasn't allowed ample time to choose my own frames and my eyes were dilating during that process. Had I known, I could have bought what I needed online - simple no line bifocal READERS for $100. The doctor could have advised me better and instead allowed me to spend $851 I didn't have here. I was totally taken advantage of.

Very friendly staff. Dr.Samuels a amazing person i will be returning in the future with my family no more American Best. If u try this place u won't be disappointed.

I woke up one day during last week with what appeared to be a nasty eye infection. I do not have a regular eye doctor and found Dr. Samuels via the internet as she was very close by to where I live. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. Dr. Samuels gave a very thorough exam and explained exactly what was going on with my eye and how to cure my situation. She was excellent. I have never had someone explain every step what they were doing and what everything meant.

Dr. Samuels is the most caring eye doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about me and explains everything in a patient manner making me aware of the importance of the health of my eyes in relation to my over all health. Doc. and her staff make me feel at home and seem to value my time which is important to me.
