Kathy is very good at everything she does in our counseling sessions. I cannot say enough good things about her, she has a way of guiding me to see the light, and I am not that easy to guide. I always look forward to our sessions because I know no stone will be left un-turned and I will always learn something new, from relaxation techniques to deep breathing. It is remarkable how much better I feel after a session and it is drug free which is refreshing. You will be happy you went to see her!!
