I discovered that I was able to build trust with Kate relatively quickly. She works from a weight neutral approach to health. This is different the past clinicians I've worked with, who have always pushed weight loss. Kate works with me and the body I have today!

I attended graduate school at Benedictine where I completed my masters of public health. My undergraduate degree was in human nutrition and food science with a concentration in dietetics.
