her curt bedside manner aside, she made MULTIPLE ERRORS in the post-visit summary. she INCORRECTLY referred to the WRONG vertebrae, wrote things she claimed my primary care dr said & also gave MISINFORMATION about what her supervising dr said.

Absolutely top notch experience. She listened intently to a very complex history and together we worked out the best path forward.

I’m glad to hear that someone had a Good experience with PA Kathryn Finch because I sure DIDNOT! She was not responsive at all on portal messages and wrote false information in my Medical File. Not to mention ordered the wrong series of test for me 3 times. That’s right... It took 4 different orders for test to Finally get the correct test of the correct part of my body. Yes an order for a test of the wrong part of my body was entered and of course it was not approved by the insurance. Glad that the insurance rejected it otherwise I may have ended up with a bill for a test of the incorrect part of my body!! Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous! These errors caused me to be in pain way longer than I should have been before a steroid injection could be given or any other treatment. Total lack of regard for A human in distress and pain. I would not wish for anyone to deal with what I had to deal with.

First visit was ok! Unfortunately from there it went all down hill! She put in the wrong order for scans. Then ordered correct scans for the wrong part of body. Then ordered the wrong scan again. Then told me to take meds that was not suppose to be taken with other meds prescribed. Much much more but I want go on! I will just leave it at very unprofessional. Girls at front desk in Jacksonville office were great. But they are not the one’s that had my life in their hands.

The best service you can ask for. She took so much time and patience with me. She explained everything. She gave me more hope for answers than I have ever had. She listened to me.
