I visited Dr Katie August 7. I needed a colonoscopy. They needed to get a clearance from my cardiologist Dr Cunningham. By August 17 I haven’t heard back. I left 8 messages.They did say sent fax. Cardiologist never received the fax. Gina called me back and she said she sent fax. That was August 28. Today is August 29, I called my cardiologist at 9 AM no fax received. It’s almost going to be a month. I did leave another message to Gina ( office manager) at 10 AM. Waiting on response. Now Dr Katie is wonderful but the staff in the Humble office, I just don’t understand why it’s taken so long to to get things done. Out off the 8 messages I left I only received 2 responses! There’s no way to talk to anyone in the Humble office, leave a message. I even looked up Dr Katie on google. That number gives you to leave a message. They could of mailed it by now. I’m 75 years old and I shouldn’t have to go through this terrible process. Sincerely Joan Nelson

Very poor communication skills. We talked about a specific drug treatment and when I went in for some follow up testing the technician tells me the Nurse Practicing had changed it. Never knew, walked out and wouldn't recommend either her or anyone at this practice.

She was more thorough than any MD I've ever visited. She was the first person who ever told me, "We're going to figure out what's wrong." And by golly, she set me on the right path. Other doctors had just shrugged their shoulders, but after working with her, I finally got a diagnosis for a systemic collagen disorder.
