Rude and Not Understanding as a Therapist Should Be I feel I need to comment for everyone's sake considering Dr. Kathleen Vogler, KMV. Clearly, I have issues because I am reaching out to a therapist. She seemed be frustrated with me because I was not answering her questions correctly. She went through a questionnaire when it could have bene done through a form. She hung up on me at the end because I said I was not sure to reschedule. Bad person.

I was a patient of Dr. Vogler several years ago over a course of two years. She was always very professional yet personable. I had great success overcoming all of my issues and she was always very patient with me. I’ve recently returned to her after some old trauma resurfaced and it was visiting with an old friend. Highly recommend!

I talked to her at the phone and she sounded very annoyed of me and kinda aggressive, right before schedule I realized it won’t work , just be aware and follow your gut before accept to schedule. I understand a psychologist should be compassionate and patient. I felt very uncomfortable talking to her.

Making the first appointment is without a doubt the most difficult part of the process when attempting to improve your mental health. Dr. Vogler made my initial phone call with her very difficult and I decided against seeing her before we got off the phone.
