Dr. Pratt is very personable and pleasant to deal with. She asks good questions and remembers my answers well. I have an intractable case of ME/CFS, and she is the only doctor see who knows about it, and is willing to try to help. Gradually, with trial and error, we're making progress. No matter what happens, she is encouraging and helpful. I recommend her highly.
