I found me again
I feel safe with Kat which is paramount in this type of relationship. She’s helped me heal childhood trauma so my adult behavior isn’t triggered in extremes. I’m forever grateful to her expertise and compassion as I worked my way through. She helped me find myself again amongst all of the chaos.
