She was my Midwife up to 22 weeks when I had to be moved to more high risk OBs. I liked her because she told you ‘straight up’ how it is without sugar coating like some medical professionals do. Maybe some people don’t like being told that they’re wrong but I really appreciate and valued that in her. If I have a normal/low risk pregnancy in the future, I’d like to her to be my midwife again without any hesitation.

Kathy was amazing when I gave birth to both my children. In fact before I even conceived my second child I called her to make sure she was going to be in the area so I wouldn’t have to travel. I would not have wanted anyone else in that room (aside from my husband) to welcome my children into this world. Love, love, love her........

If I could give negative stars I would. I almost lost my child because of her. After my epidural, she had me get up on my hands and knees and my daughters head hit my pelvic bone and her heart rate dropped from 150 to 30. She came into the operating room after I explicitly said I did not want her in there. She didn’t notice that I couldn’t breathe when I was sleeping. She is the worst midwife I have ever had the misfortune of having.
