Didn't Show Up
I was to be a new patient and when I showed up for the appointment she was not there. Several different people at Pacific Clinic tried tracking her down to no avail. I had already paid out of pocket for the appointment, so I got my refund and left. It has been months since and Ms. Lawrence never reached out to apologize for standing me up. This is the accountability from someone who is supposed to care for folks in need? Unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend based off this behavior.
