Dr. Kathleen Henneberger, DC

Dr Henneberger may be a very capable chiropractor but I had an issue with her office practice. She has services that are not covered by insurance which I was happy to pay out of pocket if she had communicated up front what my treatment and costs would be. I was taken aback with a $185 out of pocket costs on my first visit and refused a copy of her “out of service” costs going forward by her admin. I was told I was being difficult just because I wanted a copy of the documents I signed and especially the form that listed the prices of out of pocket services. I don’t object to paying extra for specialty services but i think it is my right to know up front those fees. The conversation suddenly became adversarial and unprofessional. The doctor abruptly intervened in my conversation with the admin telling me she had other patients in the waiting room, cut me off and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional .
