I really didn't hit it off with Katherine Weber, from the moment she stepped out in the waiting room, to approach me; she never introduced herself and never said my name; unprofessional. During my appointment, I had lots of questions and I felt as though she listened but didn't answer my questions. I felt like she said her part and handed out paper work, very routine-like. It was as if she was on auto pilot. I didn't feel it was a program catered to my needs. I will not be seeing her again.
