Katie is by far the best medical professional I have ever seen. She is caring, straightforward, knowledgeable, thorough, funny, and super down-to-earth. I used to dread going to the doctor, but no more!

Katherine is the GEM of this office. I don't go there because of the support staff. I go there because of HER. She is kind and caring and supportive and encouraging.

I would highly recommend Katie! I honestly never felt as understood and cared for as when I was a patient with Dr. Swan. I just wish she was with another practice, as Primary Care Institute has a horrible front desk that treats patients like garbage. It is like they don't get that people are coming to them when they are feeling unwell. They are unprofessional, curt, and every time I have needed a call back in the past two years they have failed to do so. I literally haven't been able to get in for two years because of the front desk!

Dr. Katie is easily the best doctor I have ever had. She is kind, present, honest and completely changed my life. Every other doctor has ignored my issues or flung an incorrect diagnoses and shrug it off. She is truly a remarkable practitioner and fantastic human being.

Yesterday was my first visit with Katherine and I absolutely LOVED her. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable telling her the problems I was having. Not only did she listen to me complain about my problems, she came up with a plan to get my life back on the right track. I feel as if she genuinely cares about the well being of her patients, and that's hard to come by. I appreciate her and am looking forward to seeing her again to get my problems resolved. LOVE the office staff too.

Dr. Swan is truly approachable and kind. She honestly eased my initial nervousness towards my appointment quite effortlessly with her confident bedside manner and genuine smile. I found her unique blend of impressive professionalism and warm friendliness to be comforting. She was very informative during our visit and took great care that I understood my options while in no rush to speed up the process - which meant a great deal to me. One would be hard pressed to find a more authentic doctor.
