Overall "nice" and professional. She did not use any specific therapies for treatment that would of been essential for my type of trauma. Was not proactive in treatment approaches. I was glad she made the right decision in changing her career path.

Katherine Shand is a genuinely kind & compassionate person who truly cares about people. I received therapy/counseling from her off and on for about two years. She was always a pleasant face to see and to this day I still think very highly of her. I definitely recommend Ms. Shand to anyone needing counseling services. She is caring, patient & understanding.
